The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, November 2, 2020 to review and consider three variance applications.

TThe first variance application is requested by Roger and Carol Frey for their property located at 234 Euclid St. The Frey's are requesting a variance for the reduction in the required front setback to extend a front porch and railings to within 3 ft of the front property line where Versailles Zoning regulations require a 25 ft front yard setback.

The second variance application is requested by Matt Barton for his property located at 620 Hickey Avenue. Mr. Barton is requesting a variance to construct a 34 ft x 27 ft addition to his commercial building which is located in an R-1 residential district.

The third application for variance is requested by David and Darlene Meyer 806 South Center Street. The Meyer’s are seeking a variance for a reduction in the rear yard setback to install a 10 ft x 12 ft accessory building 1 ft from the rear property line where Versailles Zoning Regulations require a 6 ft rear yard setback.    

The fourth variance application is requested by Mash Investments LLC for their property located at 380 Marker Road. Mash Investments is requesting a variance for the reduction in the required front setback to construct a 3,190 sf addition within 20 ft of the front property line where Versailles Zoning regulations require a 25 ft front yard setback.

The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 P.M. in the EMS Building Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, Ohio. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
