The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 to review and consider two variance applications.
The first application filed by Alex Dross, 214 Jackson Street is requesting a variance for a reduction in the required rear yard setback to construct a covered patio addition five-inches from the rear (south) property line where Versailles Zoning Regulations require a six-foot rear yard setback.
The second application filed by Russell Jay, 115 Greenlawn Avenue is requesting a variance concerning the height requirement for a front yard fence. Mr. Jay is requesting a variance to contruct a forty-six inch tall fence in the front yard areas along Greenlawn Avenenue and Brandon Streets where Versailles Zoning Regulations limit the height of a front yard fence to thirty-six inches.

The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm in the Versailles EMS Building Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, Ohio. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
