VILLAGE SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR ASSISTANT SWIMMING POOL
MANAGER

The Village of Versailles is accepting applications for the purpose of seeking qualified
candidates to fill a seasonal Assistant Swimming Pool Manager position for the Versailles
Ward Park Swimming Pool. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or
generation education degree (GED); have two years of training and/or experience in pool
management, lifeguarding, or supervision supplemented by coursework in chemistry with
knowledge of basic chemistry’ CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred. Under administrative
direction, assists the Pool Manager in managing the operation of the Village pool and
directly, or indirectly, supervises all pool employees; ensures the proper maintenance of
water chemistry and property operation of water filtration system. The pay range for this
position is $13.50-$16.87 per hour. Pay will be commensurate on experience and
qualifications. Lifeguard certification, first aid training, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification
reimbursement is available to those candidates selected for employment by the Village.
