LEGAL NOTICE

The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 to review a setback variance request and hear an appeal to a Notice of Violation regarding an accessory building on a vacant residential lot.  The setback variance request application (BZA Case No. 24-06) has been filed by Todd Richhart, 237 Wayne St. to construct a new home.  The proposed new home would be constructed ten feet from the front property/right-of-way line of Wayne St. where Versailles Zoning Regulations require a 25-foot setback.  This property is zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential.  The appeal for a Notice of Violation regarding an accessory building on a vacant residential lot (BZA Case No. 24-07) has been filed by Terry Barga, 247 Greenlawn Ave. who has placed an accessory building on a vacant lot located at the southeast corner of Oak St. and Chestnut St. on Darke Council Parcel No. T76241018030215100.  This property is zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential. 

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm in the Versailles Fire/EMS Station Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, Ohio. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
