The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, October 5, 2020 to review and consider a conditional use application filed by Versailles Ace Hardware, 337 Marker Rd. The conditional use application is being requested for the use of an LED electronic message sign. The Board is also scheduled to review and consider a variance application filed by Nicholas Groff, 1011 Hubert Dr. The variance application is being requested for the reduction in the front yard setback along Klipstine Road of 30 ft to 10 ft. This reduction in setback is to allow for the construction of an accessory building on his property.
