The Versailles Village Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, for the purpose of reviewing a recommendation from the Planning Commission concerning a Zoning Code revision to Section 1413 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Versailles. The proposed amendment includes language adding a $100 flat penalty fee for anyone who commences construction of a building or project without first obtaining a zoning permit.

The Village Council public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:55 p.m. at the EMS Building Conference Room, 320 Baker Road. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
