The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, November 1, 2021 to review and consider a variance application filed by Doris Subler, 449 Fairview Avenue. Ms. Subler is requesting a variance for a reduction in the required side yard setback to construct a 12-foot by 16-foot accessory building 3 feet 6 inches from the side (west) property line where Versailles zoning regulations require 6-foot side and rear yard setbacks for accessory buildings.
