LEGAL NOTICE
The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, December 11, 2023, to the review a side-yard setback variance application filed by Michael Henry, 79 Stevenson Dr. to construct an addition onto the existing residence. The addition is proposed to be 7 feet 6 inches from the East side-yard property line where Versailles Zoning regulations require an 8-foot setback.
The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm in the Versailles Emergency Services Building Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, Ohio. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
