The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, December 7, 2020 to review and consider a variance application filed by Susan Ballinger, 329 Greenlawn Ave., for the reduction in the required front setback to install a 6 foot 6 inch tall vinyl fence 1 foot from the front (N. West Street) property line where Versailles Zoning Regulations limit the height of the front yard fence to 36 inches and requires a 2 foot setback. The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm in the Versailles EMS Building Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, Ohio. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
