The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, October 24, 2022 to review and consider a variance application filed by Versailles Dental, 420 Marker Road. Versailles Dental is requesting a variance for a reduction in the number of required parking spots to 20 for a proposed dentist office where Versailles zoning regulations require 37 parking spots.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will also review an application for a conditional use by the Renaissance Corporation to add an entertainment business to an existing multi-use building located at 22 S. The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm in the Versailles EMS Building Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, Ohio. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
