The Versailles Village Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 9, 2021 at 6:50 p.m. at the new Municipal Building, 834 Jackson St. The purpose of the public hearing is for the presentation of the written recommendation from the Planning Commission to establish the zoning of annexed properties to R-1 owned by Kyle & Andrea Goubeaux, Harold & Debra Pohl, Brian Pohl, Brian & Mechelle Heitkamp, Dane & Carol Strausbaugh, and to amend the zoning for a property owned by Sommer Real Estate LLC. from R-1 to B-1.
