LEGAL NOTICE

The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 to review BZA Case No. 26-01.  BZA Case No. 25-11 is a conditional use request filed by Barhorst Rentals, LLC for the property at 11 E. Water St.  The conditional use request is to allow for residential use at the property in addition to its already utilized business principal use.  This property is zoned B-2 Central Business District.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM at the Village of Versailles Administrative Office Building, 177 N. Center St., Versailles, Ohio.  All interested parties are welcome to attend.
