The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a meeting on Tuesday
June 2, 2026 to review BZA Case No. 26-04 and BZA Case No. 26-06. BZA Case No.
26-04 is rear yard setback variance request filed by Charles and Krista Krueger, 150
Pearl St. The variance is for a reduction in the rear yard setback requirement for the
construction of an attached garage. This property is zoned R-2 Single-Family
Residential. BZA Case No. 26-06 is a variance request filed by Kenneth Kremer, 247
Wayne St. The variance request is for a reduction in the front yard setback
requirement for the construction of a detached garage. This property is zoned R-2
Central Business District.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm in the Versailles Administrative Office
Building, 1901 Conference Room, 177 N. Center St., Versailles, Ohio. All interested
parties are welcome to attend.
